Competitive and Ready for Some Smack Talking, Let’s Hear What Dalton Walker Has to Say!

img_1046Summit Consulting (Glen Burnie, MD) recently interviewed Dalton Walker — a member of the team who represents us well — and not just because he delivers superb results, but because he’s competitive as can be! May the smack talking commence…

IMG_1625Who is your all-time favorite championship team in any sport?

I am a die hard Eagles fan, no matter how bad they are! The Eagles and I have a very unhealthy relationship. No matter how many times they disappoint me I always come back the next year expecting something different and always get disappointed the same way. But I still watch every weekend.

What’s one NFL team you would get rid of right now?

I would get rid of the Dallas Cowboys because they are taking over the NFC East with their rookie power and nobody likes the Cowboys. So without them in the league, their players’ talent can be used for more important teams.

What’s one player you cannot stand in any sport?

Sidney Crosby in hockey. Even though he is the best hockey player playing at the moment, he’s always quick to make excuses and whine and complain about every little hit instead of the rest of the league and just brush it off or hit back harder.

Do you have a favorite player?

My favorite athlete of all time has to be Brian Dawkins, the Eagles old free safety. Every single game he brought his positive mindset and motivation to the whole team. You could always count on him being the first one out the tunnel and the one conducting he team pump up huddle before every game. And each and every play he played his heart out and you could visibly tell he genuinely loved the sport, and made it enjoyable for everyone, no matter how bad the Eagles were.

What’s your favorite sports memory of all time?

My favorite memory has to be my first football game ever with my dad. I had no idea what was going on but he told me to just cheer for the green guys and that was all I needed and from that day onwards, I kept just cheering for the green guys.

What is one sports venue you want to visit before you die?

I definitely want to visit the Air Canada center in Toronto before I die. It’s one of the most expensive venues in sports and one of the most well known. Especially watching a hockey game in Canada would be very exciting since how much they love the sport.
